Beets yo, number 9 and 7

7: I first heard from Nodame Cantible live action xD

9: I first heard from Equilibrium (2002). Pop culture is beautiful in this way. Haha.

7 always reminds me of my last year in high school because I used to play it whenever I wanted to focus or just listen to something nice. I know that I didn't really focus on anything but web surfing xD I didn't play this version, I listened to a 40 minute one conducted by Karajan. So I'm listening to 9 now hoping it would help me think more and warm up the brain a bit so I can understand what I'm reading for my debate class. I'm thinking its better I complete the midterm due in tomorrow's night class before doing anything else.

I'm only year 3 and I feel tired from school, especially as I imagine I'll be going through 3 more years after this year is over and knowing it will only to complete one bachelors. I hope the payoff is fair. Hopefully I'll be nutty enough to accomplish another degree in the meanwhile, or having really great grades in my minor, which I haven't declared yet because I'm still choosing between anthropology and world studies and ethnic studies.

enough brain spew, I'm going to try and finish this midterm. Its a class I actually understand, so I hope I ace this.

[edit]

I also listened to this song a lot before or after listening to no.7 I remember first hearing this from that Susan Boyle on a youtube video of that one talent show with Simon Cowell.

The lady is so pretty in here. I want to watch the film or the play, but I'll do it when it gets really into winter. Okay, for real now, I will continue trying to complete my work. The brain is fired up enough as it is and the no 7 I am listening to is already reaching its half-way mark which means I have not been working for almost 30 minutes. To be real, its been longer than 30. But as I said, I'm a try and do ma werrk.

"its a wonderful excuse for a party" -uncle jun

Howard and Maya were pronounced husband and wife on August 6th around 6pm, seconds before the bells in Balboa Park started tolling. They kissed, there were a lot of photographers, and a breeze swept through the crowd when the priest was talking about marriage "adding a new whisper" to life. It was really romantic, but I couldn't see everything because there were no seats in the garden. You just had to find a place where you weren't in the way.

They hired a string quartet for the music played in the ceremony. The bridal party's procession song was "Yellow" by Coldplay. The bride entered to a song that sounded like "Nothing compares to you" by Sinead OConner, and the bride and groom and party walked out to Journey's "Don't Stop Believing".

At the end of the reception the photographers revealed a short film they created of everything that happened that day, from the bride and groom's preparation to the "I do"s. It was really well done and everyone got teary eyed especially when they saw Howard tearing up and smiling and trying not to cry when he was saying the vows. I will share if I find the video, but it might take awhile for the company to share it on vimeo (maybe they'll need permission from the maya and howard or something.)

Overall, I was really happy to be a part of their special day! It made me think really hard about what to do if that day comes, but it just made me decide that if it happens it happens and that I shouldn't even plan without a husband xD

nonsense

being in online networks like FB or Tumblr with a lot of the same people, I make funny connections that show up on one site and is referred to in the other site.

I'd post examples, but that'd be rude because in this case its about people's opinions and yeah.  posting up would invade privacy. I wish I could illustrate this better with words..  ANYWAAAAy,

1.5 quarts of ICECREAM 2 for 5 dollars at RALPHS and I totally walked half a mile to pick me up some.  In this weather.. its worth it.  And I didn't mind walking in my jeans and jacket [today is laundry day.. and I didn't finish it so I had to use the jacket :P]
